Our Journey
Intercosmetic Group was incorporated to establish a strategic joint venture company, Intercos Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., in partnership with Intercos Group of Italy. The entity was created to deliver European-grade cosmetic OEM/ODM solutions to rapidly expanding beauty brands across the Asia-Pacific region.
Awarded Official Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) certification by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), Ministry of Health Malaysia, validating strict production hygiene and quality control compliance.
Achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, establishing standardized operational protocols for cosmetic formulation, raw material auditing, batch processing, and global export packaging.
Secured ISO 22716 certification, solidifying international compliance standards for beauty product manufacturing, risk management, and quality control systems requested by major global importers.
Established a second joint venture enterprise with Intercos Group of Italy, launching Intercos Cosmetics Suzhou in China to provide expanded color cosmetic ODM manufacturing services for multinational brands.
Via a comprehensive share swap agreement, Intercosmetic Group acquired 100% equity ownership of Intercos Asia Pacific from the JV partner, officially renaming the corporation Intercosmetic Asia Pacific (IAP) to operate as an independent global manufacturing powerhouse.
Incorporated Khayla Kosmetik Sdn Bhd and inaugurated a dedicated, standalone JAKIM Halal-certified manufacturing plant in Selangor, offering halal color cosmetics, lip formulations, and facial skincare contract manufacturing for global Muslim-majority markets.
